PAUL MECCANICO AUSTRALIA Return Policy

At PAUL MECCANICO AUSTRALIA, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure your rights are protected.

Conditions for Returns

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective,
  • Does not match its description,
  • Fails to perform as promised.

These rights apply regardless of whether the item was purchased in-store, online, or on sale.

Please note:We do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes situations where you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or prefer a different style or color.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

  • Minor Issues: If the issue can be fixed within a reasonable time and does not      significantly impact the product’s use or value, we will choose whether to      repair or replace the item.
  • Major Issues: If the issue is serious and would have prevented the purchase,      makes the product unfit for its intended purpose, unsafe, or significantly      different from what was promised, you may choose your preferred      remedy—repair, replacement, or refund..

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team ([insert email or phone number]) with details of the issue and proof of purchase.

2. Return the Item: Once your return is approved, send the item to the designated address.

3. Resolution: Upon receiving the item, we will promptly process the repair, replacement, or refund.

Important Notes

  • Your rights under the ACL take precedence over      this policy.
  • Sale items are also covered under the same rights.

This policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
